she/her/hers · LyAnna was raised in a Puerto Rican household in Vermont and has been living in Maine for the last five years where she has family. As with everywhere she goes, she is looking to bring saźon and equity to the bar experience.
Gene Valentin

he/him/his · Gene was born and raised in the Lower East Side of NYC and moved to Maine in 2017. He was raised in a Puerto Rican and Mexican home. Uplifting community and community care are what make and drive Gene.

he/him/his · Ron was born in a large Puerto Rican household in Connecticut and spent summers in Puerto Rico. Ron moved to Maine in 2010 and worked in several restaurants and ran his own catering business. Throughout life's toughest times Chef Medlock says, “Food has been an instrument of solace and comfort. The beauty of making memories through my craft. Meals are a central gathering place and an expression of love.”
